Is hiring a VA cost-effective?

There are no expenses related to employees, such as medical insurance, payroll taxes, worker compensation, leave for vacation or illness, etc.

Should a specific Virtual Assistant be assigned to me?
You will receive a personal virtual assistant, that is true. Although all of our VAs have the same training, you can brief one if you have any special requests.
Can I cancel my subscription to the virtual assistant service at any time?
Yes, there are no restrictions on your ability to downgrade, upgrade, or cancel your subscription to the virtual assistant service. Simply contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will quickly handle your request.
How can I monitor how many of my virtual assistant’s service hours have been used?
Every day, you’ll get a task report. In order to examine how the hours are used, you can generate a daily, weekly, or monthly task report using the login information we’ll give you for our admin page.
Is there any one-time registration fee?
No, when you sign up for our virtual assistant services, there aren’t any upfront registration or processing fees of any type. You simply have to pay the subscription fees for the chosen plan.
How do I get in touch with the allocated virtual assistant?
They are reachable whenever you require assistance. You will be given your allocated virtual assistant’s direct email address and US phone number (VOIP) so that you can interact with them.
Do the virtual assistant services I want to use have an hourly rate?
Yes, we do provide hourly rates for our virtual assistant services. $8 per hour is the price for hourly services. Although your wish is our command, we do encourage our customers to take advantage of our monthly plans with hourly prices as low as $8.
Timing of shifts?
The majority of our customers are from the US, and the typical shift runs from 9.00 am to 6 pm CST. The virtual assistant will work eight hours every day, Monday through Friday, with one hour total for breaks (total 9-hours). The virtual assistants can be made available for various time zones and slots in order to meet the demands of our international clients, but you are encouraged to discuss this with the sales department in advance.
What is Our Refund Procedure?
If you don’t have your account set up after completing the payment and within 7 days, 100% of your money will be returned. There are no refunds available once you request that your account be setup and that a virtual assistant be assigned to your account.
In other situations, the VAI Management will decide whether to grant refunds.
